In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers received from our growers that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right to substitute any product required or part of product, with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality. Where substitution of flowers is necessary, we will try to contact you via email.
Delivery Information
We deliver within a 16 mile driving distance from our central delivery pickup location.
If your delivery address falls within this distance then you we see a delivery option with the delivery cost.
If your deliver address is just outside the 16 mile limit you will only see Click and Collect options, but feel free to call the store and enquire whether we can still deliver to you.
