Whether it’s a delivery of a beautiful bouquet freshly made in store, a bespoke arrangement for a local business, a selection of garden plants, gifts and accessories, or sympathy flowers and tributes to a funeral directors, our dedicated team of drivers, make each delivery with the kind respectful professionalism that Moutan is known for.

We deliver within a 16-mile driving distance from our delivery pickup location in Odiham, with costs charged on a per mile basis from our distribution point.

  • If placing an order in-store, our florists will be able to advise you of our delivery area and associated cost.
  • If ordering online, and your delivery address falls within our delivery distance, you will be presented with the delivery cost.
  • If your delivery address falls outside of the 16-mile driving distance, you will be presented with a Click and Collect option.
  • In some instances, if your delivery address falls just outside our delivery area, we may still be able to deliver for you. Please contact us in that case.

In store, our florists will be able to advise you on availability and costs.  When ordering online please contact us so that we can discuss options with you.

Although we use our own drivers to deliver within a 16-mile driving distance of our shops, in some instances, it may be necessary to use a delivery partner or courier company. In all cases, we will do our best to ensure your flowers arrive in perfect condition.

On very rare occasions, flowers arrive at their destination damaged due to transportation. If you receive damaged flowers, please contact us immediately on 01252 842308 (as outlined in our Terms and Conditions) so that we can arrange either a re-delivery on the next available delivery date or a full refund.

Because of their perishable nature, flowers are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
