Can I make a change to an online order?

Should you need to make a change to your order after you have checked out, please call our shops to see at which stage your order is at. If your order includes a bouquet and this has not yet been made, we may be able to make small changes. However, if we have already started to make your bouquet we will not be able to action any changes.

How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel your order, please call our shops as soon as possible. If your order includes a bouquet and that has not yet been made, we may be able to cancel your order and issue a refund. However, if we have already started to make your bouquet we will not be able to action a cancellation.
When will the bouquet be delivered?
Our delivery days are Monday – Saturday. Unless a date is specified at the time of ordering, orders placed before midday can be delivered the same day. Any orders placed after midday will be delivered on our next working day.
Can I order the same flowers on the website in-store?

Yes, all our bouquets are available to order in-store. Please note, that should a certain flower not be available, we will use another similar flower.

Where are your flower shops?

You can find Moutan Flowers in the picturesque High Street locations of Odiham and Hartley Wintney in north Hampshire. We also have a concession stand at the award-winning Newlyns Farm Shop.

How do I book onto a flower workshop?
Our workshop bookings are managed online. Simply select the workshop you wish to attend and add to your cart. Due to the popularity of our workshops, we are unable to hold any spaces so advise to book onto a session as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.
What payment options do you take?

Through our secure payment services, we accept Visa and Mastercard. We also accept Amex and cash in-store. We do not accept personal cheques.

Someone has bought me Moutan flowers, how do I care for them?

With your bouquet you will have been given a care guide as well as some flower food. Please follow these instructions:

  • Gently unwrap the bouquet, keeping the tie in place.
  • Re-cut the stems at a sharp angle and remove any low leaves so they do not sit in water.
  • Immediately place flowers into a clean vase with fresh water and flower food.
  • Keep the vase away from drafts, heat and direct sunlight.
  • Every 2 days, re-cut the stems and place in a clean fresh vase of water.
  • Remove any flowers that begin to fade to avoid contaminating the other blooms.

Please also note, all of our packaging is fully recyclable.

Can I order Moutan flowers to be delivered internationally?
Should you wish to order flowers to be shipped internationally, we can arrange this for you via the Eflorist relay service. Any orders placed will be processed by us and made by a florist close to the delivery address. Please note the bouquet will not be made by Moutan Flowers.
Do you offer a plant buying service?
Yes, as part of our Moutan Garden service, we can advise, source and purchase the plants for your garden from local nurseries. We also welcome you to join us at the nursery so that we can take the time to select the very best for your garden.
Is it possible to request specific flowers?

Yes, this is a service that we offer on-store. Please contact our shops and our florists will be happy to advise and assist you.

Do you create flower displays for special events?
Yes, we love nothing more than working with clients to help bring some floral magic to their events. Whether you are hosting a party at home, in a local venue or organising a corporate event, no matter the size, we’d be delighted to hear from you. I need to send some flowers for a funeral, can these be delivered to the funeral directors?

Yes, we can arrange for your flowers to be sent directly to funeral directors. Please add the funeral directors address to the delivery and include a c/o name of the deceased or family.

Please note, we do offer a next day service for orders. Should you require any assistance with ordering funeral flowers, please contact our flower shops.

Yes, we do and it makes a wonderful gift for someone! Click here to find out more.

How long are your gift vouchers valid for?
Our gift vouchers are a fabulous option when you just can’t decide what to buy! They can be used in-store or online and redeemed at any time. If you have set up an account on our website, you can view any vouchers that you have and check the credit balance.
